Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineering Technician II for our North Charleston, SC site. The role focuses on incoming material receipt inspection, documentation of inspection activities, and NCR creation and maintenance to ensure materials meet drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.

Under engineers or senior QA staff, you will read engineering documents, use standard inspection tools, and produce clear technical records for release.

Qualifications

• Education and experience align to quality inspection roles.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and schematics.
• Experience with visual and dimensional inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials against drawings and PO requirements.
• Review supplier documentation and test data for conformance.
• Document inspection results and NCRs; maintain traceability.
