Zusammenfassung

Theoris is seeking a QA/QC Technician II to perform inspections on incoming materials and ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards within a manufacturing environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to document, sample, and release materials in accordance with GMP.

The role requires reading blueprints and GD&T, experience with inspection tools, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or inspection
• Experience with inspection tools
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in a regulated environment preferred

Aufgaben

• Perform incoming inspections using sampling and control plans
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation (GMP)
• Conduct sterile release activities as assigned
• Identify and document nonconforming materials
• Troubleshoot quality issues and support root cause analysis
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Purchasing teams
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
