Hayward Holdings Inc. in Clemmons, NC, seeks a QA Inspector to ensure components and finished goods meet QA standards and BOM specifications.

You will conduct visual and dimensional inspections, use gages, document findings, and support cross-functional quality efforts across molding, manufacturing and assembly teams. Ideal candidates have a two-year scientific certificate or a HS diploma with 2–3 years QA manufacturing experience, working knowledge of Excel, and ability to read engineering

Qualifications

• Two year certificate in a scientific discipline required.
• 2-3 years QA experience in manufacturing with HS diploma acceptable.
• Familiarity with QC measurements and blueprints preferred.

Responsabilités

• Confers with operators, supervisors or engineering representatives to determine and enforce quality standards.
• Uses a wide variety of gages, tools and other measuring devices.
• Performs visual and dimensional inspections/testing.
• Generates Material Review Reports for QA deviations.
• Maintains data tracking of part history and defect rates.
• Communicates and collaborates with other departments to ensure quality.
