Qualifications

• Two year certificate in a scientific discipline is required.
• Candidates with a HS diploma or GED and 2–3 years QA experience in manufacturing will be considered.
• Excellent blueprint reading and measurement skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Confers with operators, supervisors or engineering representatives to determine and enforce quality standards.
• Performs visual and dimensional inspections/testing.
• Generates Material Review Reports when items deviate from QA standards.
• Enters data to track part history, efficiency and defect rates.
• Maintains communication with Molding, Manufacturing, and Assembly departments.
• Oversees adherence to Visual Standards and Dimensional Specifications.
