Job summary

College of American Pathologists is seeking a QA Technician to perform inspections, document tests, and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs. The role supports operations, reports non-conformances, and helps train new inspectors.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook and HACCP awareness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document inspections, tests, and sampling during manufacturing
• Monitor manufacturing to ensure adherence to cGMP regulations
• Conduct line clearance and verify readiness of workstations
• Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Provide proper bulk product labels and reconcile batch records
• Assist in inquiries and investigations and train new inspectors
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Adhere to HACCP and Food Safety requirements
