Job summary

Vista Aircraft Maintenance in Western Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team supporting a Part 145 Repair Station. You will oversee in-process and final inspections, ensuring compliance with the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual and all FAA regulations.

The role includes contributing to process improvements to mitigate risk and promote a safe working environment. The successful candidate will bring 5-7 years in Part 145 maintenance, 3+ years of supervision, and

Qualifications

5-7 years of Part 145 corporate aircraft maintenance experience.
3+ years of supervisory experience.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant license required; IA a plus.
Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
Experience working with FAA Inspectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance in aircraft maintenance and inspection techniques.
Perform in-process and final inspections of aircraft.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of maintenance records and RTS.
Ensure compliance with FARs, Repair Station/Quality Control Manuals, and operator procedures.
Support continuous improvement and safe work practices.
