Job summary

Inline Plastics is seeking a QA Inspector Level II at its McDonough, GA facility. The role focuses on auditing processes, inspecting products to ensure they meet specifications, and supporting quality control through accurate measurement and documentation.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of quality inspection or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret SOPs. Training will be provided to grow QC skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection or 1 year of experience in the manufacturing environment at Inline Plastics.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and communicate one-on-one and in groups.

Responsibilities

• Inspects finished or in-process products against standards using simple measuring tools and equipment for acceptance or rejection.
• Ensures compliance with line clearance, raw materials, in-process inspection, manufacturing and housekeeping.
• Assists in training and guiding less experienced inspectors and production personnel with QC methods and procedures.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* *Other duties/functions may be added or assigned.* || **Supervisory Responsibilities** * N/A || **Operations** * Inspects finished or in-process products against standards using simple measuring tools and equipment for acceptance or rejection. * Assures compliance with regards to line clearance, raw materials, in-process inspection, manufacturing, and housekeeping. * Assists in the training and guidance of less experienced inspectors and production personnel with respect to QC methods and procedures. * Uses basic math skills, including decimals and fractions; simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules and computer input devices (scales, micrometers, calipers, gradient cylinder, force gauges, mag mic). * Audits reports, forms, records and comparable data to ensure compliance to procedures and requirements. * Use of some judgment to comply with instructions, prescribed routines, methods and/or practices or to respond to preset computer menu choices or preprogrammed computer commands involving making minor decisions. * Must maintain regular and consistent attendance. * Additional duties as assigned. || **Safety** * Comply with the EHS Policy and applicable regulatory and company EHS rules and requirements. * Prompt reporting of any unsafe conditions, practices, or environmental concerns to supervision.
