Base pay range: $17.60/hr - $29.20/hr

Job Overview

The QA Inspector ensures the implementation of the Quality Control Program, coordinating and executing construction inspections across projects. Responsible for ensuring work meets building codes and aesthetic standards, supporting production and inventory teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality control plans and manage quality programs
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards
• Conduct punch walks and quality checks before shipment
• Monitor installation techniques and ensure specifications are met
• Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance
• Act as safety officer when needed
• Explain technical construction codes
• Prepare for third-party inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and commercial construction, including remodeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to read construction documents; fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of LEAN construction is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor activities
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
