Job summary

Labor Network, Inc. is seeking a QA Inspector for Chicagoland manufacturing facilities to perform initial inspections and monitor production equipment against control plans.

You will generate nonconformance reports, collect SPC data, and ensure packaging accuracy, while upholding IATF and ISO standards. This role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork with production in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing QA and inspections.
• Familiarity with IATF and ISO standards.
• Ability to collect SPC data and logs.
• Knowledge of gauge R&R studies and control plans.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial inspection of production run startups.
• Monitor control plan characteristics of assigned production equipment.
• Create Nonconformance Reports when required, tag affected materials.
• Perform visual inspections of assigned equipment.
• Notify production personnel of discrepancies.
• Collect SPC data and log.
• Keep work areas clean.
• Verify correct packaging on assigned equipment.
• Audit production as required.
• Perform gauge R&R studies.
• File documents and retained sample parts from production runs.
• Quarterly inventory.
• Must be knowledgeable in the IATF and ISO standards of the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
