Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Quality Assurance Forklift Driver – Pre-Pack in Olive Branch, MS. The role requires forklift certification for OP/RT and Swing Reach, with 1+ year experience. You will stock, pick, and put-aways in the Split Case Modules, using PKMS and maintaining safe, accurate operations.

The position is onsite, Monday–Friday with potential overtime during peak seasons. Join a team focused on efficiency, quality, and customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with an Order Picker (OP) and Reach Truck (RT).
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS).
• Ability to read and match numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders.
• Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully.
• Availability to work overtime as required.
• Flexibility to work alternate schedules during peak season and other high-volume times.
• Availability to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focusing on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• The Quality Assurance Forklift Driver stocks put-aways, pulls from Reserve (PFR), and picks in the Split Case Modules (MODs).
• Stocking multi-high-volume orders (401s) up on the shipping mezzanine and picking off the pallet conveyor.
• Operate Raymond Brand Forklifts: Order Picker (OP), Reach Truck (RT), Swing Reach (SW).
• Maintain productivity and quality standards; scan with handheld devices and PKMS.
• Handle cartons, stock pallets, and load pallets into locations or bins.
• Pick from reserves and MODs, process A-Batches, and Put-Aways.
