Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting commercial software applications.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Associates degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience.
• Relational SQL skills and ability to execute DML for testing.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in a collaborative development team to influence product direction.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize test cases and test plans.
• Review test plans to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Set up and manage test environments to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Record and communicate defects with clear, actionable detail.
• Improve quality management processes and procedures.
• Install and configure software and hardware as needed.
• Support testing of servers, cameras, and devices.
