The role emphasizes testing across configuration, integration, and performance with emphasis on collaborative product direction and fast feedback from customers. US-residency is supported across remote work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting commercial software applications in QA.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Associates degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
• Experience with applications that facilitate customer order to service delivery.
• Relational SQL skills with ability to execute DML for testing.
• Ability to write high-quality functional tests and verify features.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a collaborative development team and influence product direction.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize test cases and test plans.
• Review test plans to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Set up and manage test environments to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Record and communicate software defects with actionable detail.
• Maintain and improve quality management system processes.
• Perform system setup, software installation, and configuration.
• Install new hardware and software (servers, cameras, devices).
