Job summary

Planisware is seeking a motivated QA Engineer who will be responsible for quality assurance activities in the context of software implementations by our consulting teams. Your ultimate objective will be to drive higher customer satisfaction through quality by design.

Based in Denver, CO, this hybrid role collaborates with consultants and uses Jira and Azure to manage and track requirements, test cases, results, and defects.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in CS or IS or related field.
• 1–3 years of software QA experience, ideally with internship in development environment.
• Familiarity with QA principles, SDLC, and QA methodologies.
• Ability to translate use cases into test cases and design test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Derive test cases from user stories and requirements.
• Design and execute test scripts and document results and defects.
• Track progress of testing activities and ensure quality processes are followed.
• Maintain regression suites with guidance from teams.
• Communicate clearly with management, customers and teammates.
