BS&B Safety Systems in Tulsa, OK seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. You will work with manufacturing, engineering, vendors, sales, and customers to verify upfront quality requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing QC procedures, ITPs, internal audits, and supporting APQP/PPAP/FMEA activities.

Qualifications

• A 4-year science/engineering degree is required; multiple BS options listed.
• ASQ certification is a plus and will be considered favorably.
• 2+ years in metal fabrication QA is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Quality Control Procedures.
• Create and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s).
• Perform Customer Contract Review to ensure specifications are clear.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations on requirements.
• Analyze manufacturing processes for quality improvements and waste reduction.
• Investigate complaints and supplier quality issues; drive corrective actions.
