Job summary

PRYER Aerospace is hiring a Full Time Quality Engineer for the Tulsa plant. The role leads quality audits, drives corrective actions, and develops quality plans for new products to ensure compliance with customer and internal QMS requirements.

Required are 2+ years as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing, knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 and SPC, and lean/Six-Sigma background. Vision test must be passed; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate's degree in manufacturing or quality field.
• 2+ years as Quality Engineer in manufacturing.
• Understanding of ISO9001 & AS9100; SPC experience preferred.
• Lean and Six-Sigma background preferred.
• Blueprint reading with GD&T and DPD/MBDrbm.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer, industry, and internal audits.
• Initiate internal process and compliance audits.
• Drive CARs with corrective action effectiveness.
• Create quality plans for new products.
• Monitor QMS parameters and report to management.
• Support CI teams and supplier audits with SCARs
• Oversee document control and calibration processes
