Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the site quality program, ensuring ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TL9000 and customer requirements are met in a high‑volume EMS environment.

You will supervise IQC, IPQC, OQC and quality engineering, develop KPI dashboards, drive CAPA and 8D activities, and partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain to deliver reliable products and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive quality experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS.
• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing customer audits and quality performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TL9000 and customer requirements.
• Oversee IQC, IPQC, OQC and Quality Engineering functions.
• Develop quality KPIs such as FPY, DPPM, COQ and CAPA closure.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer quality concerns, audits, and reviews.
