Job summary

infini-tek is seeking a QA Engineer to lead manual testing efforts at a module level, designing and executing complex test cases and reporting defects to ensure client-site implementation quality.

The role emphasizes Insurance L&A domain experience, solid QA methodologies, and strong communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members to improve testing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance L&A domain.
• Proven experience in QA testing and QA methodology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and coverage at story, feature or End to end level.
• Design and write complex test scenarios and artifacts (Test Plans, Test Specifications, Test Reports).
• Peer review test cases written by other team members.
• Create and validate test data.
• Test and execute complex test cases/end-to-end testing.
• Interact with business and, at times, customers to understand domain.
• Manage defects by logging, updating status, following up and ensuring closure.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Complete testing within agreed timelines using appropriate test management and automation tools.
