Qualifications

• Be or BTech or MS or PhD in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements, technical specifications, and design documents to ensure software quality and provide actionable feedback.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across project lifecycles.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing to ensure product stability.
• Establish and implement QA processes and testing methodologies for new and existing applications.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to define system requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor debugging activities and validate fixes to ensure issue resolution.
• Investigate root causes of software defects and support users in implementing effective solutions.
• Measure and report quality assurance metrics, including defect density, test coverage, and open defect trends.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new testing tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance QA effectiveness.
