Job summary

NDA ищет QA-инженера для B2B SaaS платформы. Ваша задача — тестировать веб-платформу, Data API и платежи, находить корневые причины проблем в логах и данных, а также писать задачи для разработчиков.

Требуется 4+ лет опыта в QA, уверенное тестирование API, знание Python/Java и умение работать с инструментами CI. Возможна удаленная работа по инструкции компании.

Qualifications

• 4+ лет QA опыта в SaaS/продуктовых компаниях.
• Уверенные навыки API тестирования: REST/JSON, авторизация.
• Умение валидировать данные через запросы к БД.
• Умение анализировать логи и DevTools для локализации ошибок.
• Чтение кода на Python или Java и написание тестов.

Responsibilities

• Тестировать новые возможности веб-платформы, Data API и биллинг.
• Расследовать сложные билеты поддержки, воспроизводить проблемы и писать задачи для разработки.
• Участвовать в запуске биллинговой системы и интеграции новых источников данных.
• manually verify features before release and cover critical scenarios with automated regression tests
• Gradually automate key regression scenarios for APIs, payments, and core web platform flows, and build helper tools to speed up routine checks

Test new functionality in the web platform, Data API, and billing, including subscriptions, tokens, and payment providers Investigate complex support tickets by reproducing issues, finding root causes in logs and data, and writing clear tasks for developers Take part in launching the new billing system and connecting new data sources Manually verify new features before release and cover critical scenarios with automated regression tests Gradually automate key regression scenarios for APIs, payments, and core web platform flows, and build helper tools to speed up routine checks

Требования

4+ Years of QA experience, preferably in product companies, SaaS, APIs, or support-related work Confident API testing skills, including REST, JSON, authorization, and Postman or curl Ability to verify data with database queries Ability to independently localize issues using DevTools and server logs and identify whether errors are in the frontend, backend, or data Understanding of payment systems, including webhooks, transaction statuses, and request idempotency Ability to read Python or Java code and write automated tests, for example with Pytest or Playwright Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and Cursor to write scripts and tests, and ability to review generated code Readiness for manual testing and a pragmatic approach to automation, focusing on justified use cases Independence in deciding what and how to test based on use cases and business value Russian C2 proficiency English B2+ proficiency Located outside Russia Будет плюсом: experience as the only QA in a team, experience testing data-driven products and data quality checks
