Job summary

RF-SMART is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to test enterprise‑grade software within a fast‑paced Scrum team at our US East Office in Jacksonville, FL. The QA Engineer will design and execute end‑to‑end test plans, document results, and collaborate with developers to improve products and processes.

Responsibilities include testing for functionality, performance, reliability and stability, plus creating training materials and user guides.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.
3–5 years’ experience testing in an Agile environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Jira and X‑ray experience or similar technology.
Able to run and debug automation tests in JavaScript or TypeScript.
Able to write automation tests with training.
Understanding of Playwright, Puppeteer, and Jasmine testing frameworks.
Fast learners and hard workers.
Experience with NetSuite and Supply Chain/Warehousing knowledge, or other WMS systems.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing software test plans.
Identifying and facilitating issue resolution with functional and technical groups.
Documenting and communicating test results.
Testing alongside DevOps initiatives to shift‑left in testing approach.
NetSuite and Supply Chain/Warehousing knowledge would be a big plus.
