Job summary

Super Dispatch is seeking a mid-level QA Engineer to join the STMS Team. You will ensure the stability and quality of the STMS Web and services powering our platform in the United States. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers in an autonomous, cross-functional agile team.

The role emphasizes manual and exploratory testing, API test design, and hands-on Cypress automation, with a strong focus on problem solving and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of QA experience in an agile product environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to find root causes.
• Expertise in API testing (REST endpoints).
• Good understanding of Client-Server architecture and HTTP.
• Proficient test design techniques to cover complex logic.
• Upper-intermediate English required.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress (JavaScript).

Job description

Super Dispatch is seeking a QA Engineer to join our STMS Team as a strong middle QA. In this role, you'll ensure the stability and quality of the STMS Web and services that power our platform. You'll collaborate with a passionate team of engineers to develop innovative solutions and shape the future of the auto transport industry in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team in investigating, reporting, and fixing bugs.
• Perform manual acceptance testing, exploratory testing.
• Build and maintain the test case documentation.
• Collaborate on testing and quality assurance projects across teams within Super Dispatch.
• Facilitate collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers during the development and testing process.
• Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team with its mission, comprised of a product manager, UX designer, a frontend engineer, and a backend engineer.

Minimum requirements:

• 3-4+ years of QA experience, at least 2 years of which is experience working in an agile product-driven environment as a QA Engineer.
• Strong Analytical Mindset. You can analyze complex problems, find root causes, and don't just follow the test cases.
• Expertise in API testing. You are comfortable testing REST endpoints (Postman, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Client-Server architecture. You know how HTTP works and can comfortably debug using Browser DevTools.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques. You know how to cover complex logic with optimal test scenarios.
• An upper-intermediate level of English is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with test automation in Cypress (JavaScript).

Plus points:

• Proficiency in Python, Java. You can write simple scripts and read developers’ code to understand how features work.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes.
