Job summary

Super Dispatch is seeking a QA Engineer to join our STMS Team as a strong middle manual QA. You will ensure the stability and quality of the STMS Web and services that power our platform, collaborating with engineers to develop innovative solutions for the auto transport industry.

You will perform manual testing, write and maintain test cases, and work within an autonomous, cross-functional agile team to deliver high-quality software for the US market.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of QA experience in an agile, product-driven environment.
• Strong Analytical Mindset: analyze complex problems and find root causes.
• Expertise in API testing and REST endpoints (Postman, etc.).
• Strong desire to practice Test Automation and improve coverage.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture and debugging with Browser DevTools.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Job description

Super Dispatch is seeking a QA Engineer to join our STMS Team as a strong middle manual QA. In this role, you'll ensure the stability and quality of the STMS Web and services that power our platform. You'll collaborate with a passionate team of engineers to develop innovative solutions and shape the future of the auto transport industry in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team in investigating, reporting, and fixing bugs.
• Perform manual acceptance testing, exploratory testing.
• Build and maintain the test case documentation.
• Collaborate on testing and quality assurance projects across teams within Super Dispatch.
• Facilitate collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers during the development and testing process.
• Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team with its mission, comprised of a product manager, UX designer, a frontend engineer, and a backend engineer.

Minimum requirements:

• 3-4+ years of QA experience, at least 2 years of which is experience working in an agile product-driven environment as a QA Engineer.
• Strong Analytical Mindset. You can analyze complex problems, find root causes, and don't just follow the test cases.
• Expertise in API testing. You are comfortable testing REST endpoints (Postman, etc.).
• Strong desire to practice Test Automation.
• Solid understanding of Client-Server architecture. You know how works and can comfortably debug using Browser DevTools.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques. You know how to cover complex logic with optimal test scenarios.
• An upper-intermediate level of English is necessary.

Plus points:

• Test Automation experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript. You can write simple scripts and read developers’ code to understand how features work.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes.
