Job summary

EBizCharge, headquartered in Irvine, California, seeks a QA Engineer I to translate product requirements into test cases and support testing across multiple B2B software projects. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and rigorous quality control.

Qualifications

BA/BS in CS, Engineering or related field preferred.
0–2 years hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
Experience with payment or accounting systems testing is a plus.
Experience in Scrum/Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, cases, scripts and reports for multiple software projects.
Improve internal quality control processes around release management and bug fixes.
Coordinate with product owners, developers and designers to ensure quality.
Document defects with clear findings from test results.
Track QA metrics and monitor issue resolution progress.
Ensure final releases meet requirements and user expectations.
Stay updated on new testing tools and strategies.
