Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Proficient in Salesforce, including login, navigation, data validation, and basic queries.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and validation.
• Familiar with MuleSoft, including log review and monitoring integration points.
• Expertise with Postman for API testing and scenario execution.
• Experience in end-to-end testing of workflows involving Postman, MuleSoft APIs, Salesforce, and Policy & Claims Systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for documentation, coordination with IT teams, supporting go-live events, and post-production validation.
• Solid experience in the insurance domain, specifically Property & Casualty (P&C), with prior work on Guidewire platforms.
