Qualifications

• Experience with Linux and shell scripting required.
• Programming or scripting skills in Python, VB Script, Robot Framework, etc.

Responsibilities

• QA test Burn-in test programs and ensure stability and documentation.
• Set up environment, perform debug testing, reproduce and verify with R&D teams.
• Perform NPI QC testing on FGT model with Burn-in test program.
• Design and write new test cases and specifications for new NPI device models.
• Support Burn-in test program maintenance for various models and teams.
