Job summary

Banco Plata, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple is seeking a Junior+ QA Engineer (Backend, Golang) to join Cashback Partners. You will analyze requirements, craft test cases, maintain data, and execute both manual and automated tests, focusing on Go-based backend services.

You will write automated tests in Go, collaborate with product teams across time zones, and contribute to release readiness while maintaining test documentation and defect reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of QA experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining test documentation.
• Programming experience in Go / Java / Python.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and create test scenarios.
• Prepare test data and maintain test docs.
• Perform acceptance and regression testing (manual & automated).
• Write and maintain automated tests in Go.
• Identify, localize, and report defects via Bug Tracking system.
• Communicate with product team and participate in releases.
• Maintain the test project.

• Acceptance and regression testing (automated and manual)
• Writing and maintaining automated tests in Go
