Job summary

HireHi ищет опытного backend-разработчика для поддержки интеграций и архитектуры ERP-решений в европейских проектах.

У кандидата будет ответственность за проектирование и внедрение архитектуры для синхронизации данных между Dynamics 365 F&O и Dataverse, настройку процессов ALM и управление рисками в рамках нескольких сред.

Qualifications

• Опыт разработки backend не менее 5 лет и умение работать с ERP-системами.
• Глубокие знания Dynamics 365 F&O и Dataverse, навыки интеграций.
• Знание архитектурных подходов и процессов ALM, умение документировать решения.
• Умение общаться с заказчиками и внутри команды на уровне требований и рисков.

Responsibilities

• Аудит текущей настройки Dual Write во всех окружениях и предложение улучшений.
• Проектирование архитектуры целевой интеграционной модели и операционной модели.
• Анализ соответствия карт маппинга, синхронизации и обработке ошибок.
• Разработка процессов развёртывания и выпуска across окружения.
• Реализация изменений в конфигурациях и проведение remediation.
• Настройка мониторинга и процедур восстановления требований бизнес-операций.
• Подготовка архитектурной документации и руководств по эксплуатации.
• Обучение администраторов и команд развёртывания.
• Взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами и передача знаний.

The project supports a European real estate investment company specializing in shopping centers, aiming to improve the acquisition, development, and management of a commercial property portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe.

Задачи

• Audit the current Dual Write setup across all environments
• Review environment linking and connection-set configuration
• Analyze table mappings, synchronization health, and error handling
• Identify risks, issues, anti-patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Recommend target architecture and operating model
• Design deployment and release processes across environments
• Implement configuration improvements and remediation actions
• Establish monitoring, support, and recovery procedures
• Produce architecture documentation and operational runbooks
• Train administrators and deployment teams on ongoing maintenance

Требования

• 5+ Years of backend development experience
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Strong experience with Dataverse
• Hands-on experience with Dual Write
• Experience designing and maintaining integrations between F&O and Dataverse
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 environment management (Dev/UAT/Prod)
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
• Experience with data mapping, synchronization, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of security models, service accounts, and app registrations
• Experience with architecture reviews and technical assessments
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
