Job summary

OpenWorks | Facility Management is seeking a QA Engineer to own and expand automated integration testing across our web and mobile app portfolio. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to build scalable test coverage and support a continuous delivery mindset.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to ensure customers receive reliable, high-quality digital experiences through robust test strategies and CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA, test automation, or software testing experience
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar
• Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Postman/Newman)
• Experience testing APIs and integrating automated testing into CI/CD
• Working knowledge of Git and SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize testing by risk and impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative mindset
• Experience with AWS environments or mobile testing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated integration test suites for web and mobile applications
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate test development and maintenance
• Establish testing standards, frameworks, and processes for efficient delivery
• Create risk-based testing strategies with product teams
• Identify, triage, and communicate defects based on user impact and risk
• Monitor and improve automated test coverage and pass rates
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Reduce manual testing through automation and continuous improvement
• Communicate quality risks and release-readiness to stakeholders
