Job Title

QA Engineer

Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high quality of Amadeus products, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce documentation according to company testing standards;
• Experience in BPMN standards (not fundamental);
• Define tests based on functional and non-functional requirements;
• Perform testing on scalable, reliable, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, and systems, and produce corresponding test reports;
• Create test scripts and plans, applying them throughout the Product Lifecycle;
• Identify risks and escalate when appropriate;
• Install, configure, and run software in a Windows environment;
• Ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System and other applicable management standards.

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• 4-5 years of proven testing experience;
• Focus on functional testing with knowledge of non-functional testing;
• Interest in test automation;
• Experience working in Agile environments, using Jira;
• Knowledge of API and web testing services;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multiple teams;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills;
• Good teamwork and adaptability to new environments.
