Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach QA personnel for performance improvement.
• Conduct audits for food safety compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive improvements.
• Prepare and conduct training for QA staff.

Skills

Technical knowledge of food processing

Oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Bilingual English/Spanish

Experience with ISO 22000 or equivalent system

Experience in food manufacturing

Education

B.S. in Food Science, Science or Technical Discipline
