Job summary

GE HealthCare in Arlington Heights seeks a QA Document Control Specialist to support the QA department with document lifecycles, change controls, and report compilation for internal and external use.

You will administer the Electronic Document Management System, assist QA activities, and help ensure templates, naming standards, and data integrity across the quality system. Collaboration with internal customers and external vendors is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years GMP experience in a controlled environment.
• Experience using document control strategies in GMP environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform document control activities and manage document lifecycles.
• Support compilation of QA monthly reports and provide admin support.
• Administer EDMS and Training Management System.
• Ensure records, templates, naming standards and data integrity are maintained.
• Coordinate archiving and retention lifecycles with internal and external stakeholders.
