Job summary

Antech Diagnostics seeks a QA Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer support in a fast-paced lab environment. The role emphasizes clear communication, empathy, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining high service standards for our veterinary clientele.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, some veterinary or lab exposure, and strong problem-solving skills. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits, with a standard weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in veterinary, laboratory or medical settings preferred.
• Related customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle problem cases, including missing samples, delays and incorrect reporting.
• Answer calls and emails from clients, investigate and respond with clear guidance.
• Manage Manifest accounts and monitor department queues.
• Create weekly management reports for supervisors.
• Verbally communicate test results and pull necessary test forms as requested.
• Navigate Antrim and Atlas software to access client data.
