Job summary

Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a fashion house to hire a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Secaucus, NJ. You will be onsite 4 days per week and WFH on Fridays. The pay is $30-$35/hr.

The role focuses on supporting the Vice President and QA team with product quality, production documentation, sample management, and administrative operations. A strong emphasis on organization and timely follow-through is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating QA processes and production documentation.
• Experience supporting programs for major retailers.
• Familiarity with TOP submissions and color management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Vice President and QA team.
• Coordinate the preparation, tracking, organization, and submission of TOP samples.
• Maintain TOP forms, QA documentation, testing records, trackers, and other production reports.
• Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets, reports, charts, and presentations.
• Track sample submissions, testing results, approvals, and production records.
