Job summary

ALCOM LLC is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to develop, implement, and oversee a robust Quality Management System across manufacturing operations. You will drive QA/QC processes, audits, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality aluminum trailers nationwide.

Working with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Warranty, and Leadership, you will lead root-cause analyses, action plans, and training to elevate quality, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, or 5+ years in related field in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of quality management experience within a manufacturing or construction environment is desired.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is required.
• CAD print reading skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Alcom's Quality Management System.
• Establish quality standards, inspection criteria, auditing procedures, and process controls throughout manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with company quality requirements, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain Quality Assurance Plans and Quality Control Plans for all product lines.
• Lead internal quality audits and support external customer or regulatory audits.
