Job summary

UCP of Central Arizona is seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to lead organization-wide quality management, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement. This role serves as the Compliance Officer, interpreting requirements and developing controls and workflows to support operations.

You will collaborate with program leaders to monitor HIPAA, licensing, audits, and surveys, build tools for ongoing compliance, and promote accountable governance across all UCP programs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement and/or equivalent experience in health and human services.
• 3–5 years managed care, quality risk or quality assurance experience.
• Knowledge of health care administration systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid AZ driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as centralized resource for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, audit preparedness and readiness.
• Maintain organization-wide visibility of regulatory, contractual, licensing and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain compliance calendars, dashboards and documentation practices.
• Partner with program leaders to assess compliance, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate readiness for audits, licensing reviews, surveys and related activities.
• Advise leadership on emerging requirements, risks, and actions for improvement.
