Alertus Technologies in Baltimore seeks a Manager, QA & Compliance to lead QA initiatives, maintain product certifications, and ensure regulatory compliance for life-saving solutions. This office-based role requires daily reporting to HQ in Baltimore and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, knowledge of UL/CE processes, and relevant security certifications. Travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in quality assurance, compliance management, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience with UL/CE Certification processes; knowledge of Emergency Management is a plus.
• Security+, CSSP, or CISSP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and compliance initiatives across products and audits.
• Oversee certification processes with regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate controls into development.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and monitor regulatory changes.
• Test products using manual and automated suites; evolve testing strategies.
