Job summary

VSG Business Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced QA Automation and UAT Tester to support a large-scale testing transformation within a Commercial Banking environment. The role blends hands-on automation with User Acceptance Testing to ensure end-to-end validation and smooth defect management.

The ideal candidate will automate and maintain test scripts while performing UAT activities, test execution, and business validation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA, Testing, or related experience.
• 3–4+ years of hands-on UAT testing experience within a Commercial Banking environment.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks.
• Proven experience converting manual test scripts and processes into automated test solutions.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to transition manual testing processes into automated solutions.
• Perform comprehensive UAT testing, including test planning, execution, validation, and defect tracking.
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected outcomes.
• Execute both manual and automated test cases across multiple applications and platforms.
• Support end-to-end testing efforts throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Document test scenarios, test cases, defects, and test results.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Contribute to the organization's testing transformation strategy by improving automation coverage while maintaining strong UAT support.

• This is not a pure Automation Engineer role.
• Client is looking for a testing professional who can bridge the gap between automation and UAT, supporting both disciplines as the organization continues to modernize its testing practices.

• Strong Hogan experience is critical, and ATM application experience is highly desirable.
• This candidate will be expected to fill a key gap by providing both automation expertise and hands‑on UAT testing support.

• Review and analyze complex multi‑faced, large‑scale or longer‑term Systems Quality Assurance challenges that require in‑depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi‑faced situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 5 plus years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
