Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Software Test Engineer to develop and execute unit, regression, security, and acceptance tests for user stories in a government-focused setting. You will build and maintain automated tests in GitLab pipelines leveraging Selenium, JUnit, utPLSQL, Fortify, and LoadRunner.

The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, with experience in CI/CD pipelines, security testing tools, and database-driven applications.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of software testing experience with a BS/BA, or 3 years with an MS/MA.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, security testing tools, and database-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute unit, regression, security, and acceptance tests for user stories.
• Build and maintain automated tests in GitLab pipelines using Selenium, JUnit, utPLSQL, Fortify, and LoadRunner.
• Support integration, release, and performance testing during incremental deployments.
• Perform static/dynamic scans, Zero Trust validation, and vulnerability assessments.
• Support FISMA/FedRAMP testing requirements and provide evidence for ATO packages.
