Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field is required.
• Certifications in QA automation, Agile or cloud tech are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA automation efforts across web applications, APIs, and integrated systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable test components.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Define QA best practices, standards, and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform API validation, contract testing, and backend data verification.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive root cause analysis.
• Review test cases, automation scripts, and quality metrics.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation tools and quality processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
