Job summary

PLATO is seeking QA Automation Engineers to design, build, and maintain automated testing solutions across Salesforce FSC applications. You will work within Agile teams, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring high-quality releases across digital and CRM platforms.

With 5+ years in test automation and Salesforce FSC, you will contribute to robust automation strategies, collaborate across Dev, QA, and Ops, and help deliver reliable software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of test automation experience across multiple projects/roles.
• 5+ years of experience testing Salesforce FSC.
• Hands-on automation development and maintenance.
• Strong Selenium, Python, Robot Framework proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test automation frameworks tailored to CMS and Salesforce platforms.
• Create and maintain automated test suites for regression, integration, and smoke testing.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Execute automated tests, analyze failures, and optimize test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps engineers to improve test coverage.
• Support defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test automation frameworks tailored to CMS and Salesforce platforms

• Create and maintain automated test suites for regression, integration, and smoke testing

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO)

• Execute automated tests, analyze failures, and optimize test scripts

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps engineers to improve test coverage

What you'll need

• Computer Science degree or equivalent

• 5+ years of test automation experience with a minimum of three projects/roles

• 5+ Experience testing Salesforce FSC

• Proven experience in QA automation testing

• Hands‑on expertise with Python and Robot Framework

• Experience with Selenium and test automation best practices

• Strong experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for pipelines, test execution, and tracking

• Understanding of Agile / CI‑CD environments

Nice to Have

• Salesforce‑specific automation tools or frameworks

• BrowserStack or cross‑browser testing experience

• Financial services or regulated‑industry experience
