Reliant Health Partners is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions for the claims processing platform. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to create test strategies and ensure high-quality releases.

The role emphasizes expanding automation coverage, building reusable libraries, and automating web, API, and system tests while partaking in backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of QA experience with emphasis on test automation.
• SQL and database validation experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.
• Experience with API testing using Postman.
• Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review Jira stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to craft test plans and cases.
• Design tests for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tests and build reusable libraries.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and system tests.
• Execute automated regression, smoke, and functional suites; perform manual testing when needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to ensure testability and quality.
