Job summary

Logical Paradigm IT SERVICES is seeking a QA Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated testing across microservices and API layers. You will create test plans, write robust test cases, and coordinate release management with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
• At least 1 year IT experience.
• Familiarity with QA processes and related technologies.
• Knowledge of Java or Python programming.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, deploy and maintain testing automation solutions that provide automated test coverage of business functionality for the team.
• Create test plans, test cases and coordinate release management activities.
• Triaging production defects using Splunk, Embrace, and Charles Proxy.
• Recommend improvements to QA processes and evaluate new tools.
• Create detailed, structured test cases following best practices.
• Recreate production issues to verify fixes.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities.
• Develop BDD scripts with Cucumber/TestNG and Selenium in Java.
• Build testing frameworks and set up environments for microservices and API testing.
