Job summary

CompTIA seeks a Software Test Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for software applications, ensuring high-quality products on time and within budget.

The role requires 4+ years in QA, experience with Playwright, Typescript, and TestNG, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum. You will collaborate with developers and QA staff and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in QA and software development processes.
• Experience with Playwright, Typescript, and TestNG.
• Experience in industry standard test management tools.
• Experience testing in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and investigate issues found during testing and update test cases.
• Collaborate with developers and QA staff to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce manual testing.
• Participate in reviews of requirements, architecture and design documents.
• Define Test Strategy and End-to-End scenarios.
• Provide daily status updates for stakeholders.
