Qualifications

• 3 years of QA experience minimum.
• Experience using AI tools to generate test ideas, cases, or automation scaffolding.
• Ability to refine AI-generated tests for correctness and maintainability.
• Experience with AI-assisted exploratory, regression, or edge-case testing.
• Ability to judge coverage vs confidence and guard against false safety.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve automated tests for critical behavior, integrations, and data integrity.
• Use AI tools to ideate and automate tests while ensuring final quality.
• Identify gaps and risks before code is written.
• Collaborate with Product and Development to improve testability.
