Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years in software testing, QA, test execution, or enterprise validation.
• ISTQB, CSTE, SAFe, Agile, or comparable certification and CompTIA Security+.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, cases, scripts and defects.
• Experience testing functional, integration, system, UAT, regression, automated, and release testing.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted testing and automation preferred.
• Active Secret clearance with potential to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, data, and regression suites.
• Validate application functionality, workflows, integrations, APIs, and reports.
• Document test results, defects, quality metrics, and release readiness.
• Support defect triage, retesting, UAT, deployment validation, and production readiness.
• Coordinate testing across sprints and releases.
• Improve automation, metrics, and reusable test assets.
