Job summary

SCOR is seeking a QA Specialist to join our Tech, Data & AI team in Kansas City. Under the guidance of the QA Manager, you will support manual and automated testing of end-to-end business processes, ensuring applications meet defined quality standards.

You will collaborate with US business users, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into clear test cases, execute plans, and contribute to a growing QA practice with automation and modern methods.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in test automation with Playwright or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab).
• Knowledge of Java or C# and basic automation scripting.
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated and manual product tests to meet schedules.
• Analyze results and collaborate with squads to identify bugs and performance issues.
• Design frameworks and automation solutions with developers and automation engineers.
• Mentor teammates on automation techniques and QA strategies.
• Prepare QA plans supporting life admin ecosystems.
• Perform performance tests mirroring current and future volumes.
• Stay up-to-date with testing trends and provide improvement recommendations.
