Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Kansas City, MO is seeking a hands-on Playwright Technical Lead to drive automated testing across web apps, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. You will establish automation standards, improve test coverage, and contribute to CI/CD quality gates in a regulated banking/financial context.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong Playwright design and maintenance skills, and proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, CI/CD, and AI-assisted testing

Role - Playwright Technical Lead

Experience Required - 8+ years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Playwright Technical Lead to drive quality across modern web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. The role will establish automation best practices, improve test coverage, contribute to CI/CD quality gates, and explore AI-assisted testing practices. Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Playwright
• Quality Assurance and test automation expertise
• JavaScript, TypeScript, or a similar programming language
• Functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing

Base Salary Range
