FlowPlay, Inc. seeks an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy our test automation framework for web and mobile games. You will mentor QA peers, create accessible automation scripts, and collaborate with engineering to automate high-value regression tests.

The role combines framework development with hands-on testing in a hybrid Seattle environment. You will work with Selenium/WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer, and Appium, aligning automation to CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software QA with automation
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• Proficient with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer, Appium

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy the test automation framework across web and mobile environments
• Mentor QA peers and create accessible automation pipelines
• Collaborate with QA and engineering to identify automation opportunities and integrate tests into CI/CD
• Author detailed defect reports and drive resolutions in Jira
• Balance automation with manual exploratory testing to ensure high-quality releases
• Continuously improve SDLC and quality practices
