Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant software testing or engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin or Python and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation and QA processes for video conferencing and collaboration software.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and test scripts.
• Execute and analyze test plans, identify issues, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to shape user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Speed up test automation using AI-assisted tooling.
