Job summary

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in CS/SE or related field and up to 2 years' QA experience, with knowledge in Agile, API, automation, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Four-year Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of software quality assurance experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CSQE, CASQ, CSTE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute established test plans and log defects for end-user apps, systems software and firmware.
• Perform functional and solution testing of video/collaboration software.
• Code and program test scripts, automation and integration activities.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression and performance testing.
• Automate testing processes using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Monitor adherence to coding standards and design guidelines.
• Monitor software performance and conduct load testing to identify bottlenecks.
• Prepare QA documentation including test plans and reports.
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced development partners.
